- Harnesses based on MOLEX, Delphi, FCI and Tyco connectors
- Low-series harnesses, e.g. for vehicle restoration
- Terminal-lead, lead-lead and lead-passive element mechanical connections
- Gas-tight connections: no sparking, minimal temperature rise, resistant to engine vibration
- Tinning of lead ends on request
How a harness is made
Cutting and stripping
Leads are cut and fully or partially stripped.
Gas-tight connections
Lead-lead and lead-passive element connections: no sparking, minimal temperature rise, resistant to engine vibration.
Sleeving and fitting
We fit insulation sleeves, corrugated conduits and positioning elements such as clips and mounting brackets.
Inspection and tests
Leads are metered, conductivity is tested and finished harnesses undergo operational tests.
